I even unplugged everything, '(apart from the USB cable, of course)' but that has changed nothing. I have read through the troubleshooting thread and tried what seemed applicable but have not had any success. I am using Arduino 1.0.1 because that is what Geeetech recomends for their board. So, here I am trying to figure out why and what needs to be done. I have followed the instal instructions to a T but upon attempting to use said printer the LCD display showed two rows of rectangles. I bought a Geeetech Prusa i3 X 3D printer DIY kit which comes with a GT2560+. In fact I know almost nothing about programming, played a very little with JAVA, and am now in way over my head.
First off, I am not a computer programmer.
